		<description>I would hope that the Phillies would at the very least consider moving Ryan Madson on. Mad Dog continues to be an abomination, good for at least 2-3 runs an outing. He has never proven he can pitch at any level in the majors and gives me heartburn every time he steps on the mound. Condrey is nothing special, but is heads and shoulders better than Madson, despite what the numbers say.</description>
