According to a report by the Philadelphia Inquirer, Tony DiLeo will not return as the head coach of the Sixers next season.
DiLeo has reportedly withdrawn his name from consideration. It is unclear whether or not the Sixers were going to offer the job back to him.
That allows GM Ed Stefanski to openly pursue other coaches, such as Doug Collins, Avery Johnson, and Jeff Van Gundy, among others.
