Pedro will have a second workout for the Phillies today at 1:00 at the Phillies Complex in the Dominican Republic. Should this workout go well Pedro will be in Philadelphia on Monday to sign his contract.
 
Also noted was should the Phils sign Pedro it will not prohibit their pursuit of Blue Jays ace Roy Halladay.
